Overview
Wrote and art-directed the whitepaper, enterprise brochure and print collateral for Ambitiongroup's TrueValue4U visual business-process modeling product, translating a complex analytical methodology into content a non-specialist buyer could understand.
Who This Is For
Software and analytics companies selling a sophisticated methodology to buyers meeting it for the first time. This case is most useful if:
- your product is easier to demonstrate than to describe
- existing materials use dense, technical language
- you sell to several buyer segments, often through partners
- you need whitepapers and sales collateral that stay consistent in terminology
The Challenge
Ambitiongroup, a Scandinavian business-process modelling and analytics software company operating internationally, needed to launch and reposition its TrueValue4U product.
The methodology behind it, a visual model built around Objectives, Challenges, Solutions and Deliverables, was genuinely sophisticated. But the existing materials described it in dense, technical language, so a first-time buyer struggled to see what the product actually did for them.
Our Approach
We translated the methodology into plain, benefit-led language for the three buyer segments the company was targeting.
- The "True Business Intelligence" whitepaper: full copy across its four sections.
- Enterprise brochure and print collateral: including customer-quote content and the structure of the case-study illustrations running through the brochure.
- Copyediting with the design team: several rounds to tighten language, make terminology consistent (for example, standardising on "business initiative" throughout) and fix legibility in the visual diagrams before print.
Impact
A complex methodology with a sellable story. The finished whitepaper and brochure gave an enterprise analytics product a clear narrative, credited on the published materials to www.confetti.no for design and copy.
Ready for partners in many markets. The materials supported a product sold through certified partners across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, the USA, Saudi Arabia, India and Australia.
A partner in another country can only sell what the materials explain. Consistent terminology is what makes the explanation travel.

Dries Buytaert: The cost of running multiple CMS platforms
Dries Buytaert argues that running multiple CMS platforms creates hidden operational costs through duplicated integrations, security policies, expertise, and governance. He proposes standardizing on Drupal while using different operating models—SaaS (Acquia Source) for speed and PaaS (Acquia Cloud) for control—to preserve flexibility while reducing fragmentation.
